I stayed here 1 night and I loved it. Hotel overlooked city and the room was good-sized. The location was perfect for traveling around Leeds, really close to places to eat, pubs, train station.

Genuinely professional staff, great breakfast. Loved the authentic bar. Fabulous view of garden. They made my stay great. It was a spectacular hotel in a marina area:)))

Staff and location are fine, I appreciated soft bed. Upstairs bedroom and best bathroom. It's found in a lovely area, an easy walk to many landmarks of Leeds.

Room was decent sized, without a doubt, had a microwave oven, an electric kettle and refrigerators. The staff did all they can for a fab stay. Favourable location in the central area. Pleasant place to stay whilst in Leeds.

Loved the place, brilliant stay. Helpful staff, were happy to help whole time. Location was ideal, 15 km to Leeds Bradford airport, perfectly reachable. The hotel was FAIRLY BASIC, but I stayed for 2 nights only.

A huge variety of extra supplies: an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk. The hotel had a central location. Besides, it was within 500 metres of the grand theatre and opera house leeds. The local staff was great...

it was worth its 3 stars. the accommodation had everything we needed for our trip, we greatly enjoyed service and location. there were facilities such as an iron, a dining area and a writing table.
